Caraway sent a new cutting board after I felt the initial one was defective. I’m amazed and grateful they stood by their product. The new cutting board is perfect. I have also purchased a sauté pan, and the rondeau pan with a lid to go from stove to oven. I’m very happy with the quality of these products, and will buy more soon.
