  1. Offer Period: This promotion is valid from October 30, 2025 through January 6, 2026, unless modified or ended earlier at Caraway’s discretion.

  2. Eligibility: The offer is open to customers who place a qualifying order on www.carawayhome.com during the Offer Period. Limit one (1) Gray Bar Set gift per customer. Purchases by resellers or distributors are not eligible. This promotion is only available to customers within the United States and is not valid internationally.

  3. Gift With Purchase Item: Qualifying orders will receive one (1) Gray Bar Set, while supplies last. The gift will ship separately and will include its own tracking link. It has no cash, credit, or exchange value and cannot be substituted by the customer.

  4. Exclusions: Purchases of Caraway Gift Cards do not count toward qualifying order totals or promotional tier levels and will not contribute toward unlocking the Gift With Purchase. This promotion may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, promo codes, or price reductions. Only one promotion may be applied per order.

  5. Returns & Refunds: If part or all of a qualifying order is returned and the purchase no longer meets eligibility, the Bar Set must also be returned. If it is not returned in its original condition, the retail value will be deducted from your refund. All returns are subject to the Caraway Shipping and Return Policy.

  6. Tiered Pricing: The promotion follows a tiered discount, with qualifying orders receiving up to 25% off. As you increase your spend, prices across the site will automatically update based on the current value of your cart, reflecting the price you’d pay by adding the product to your cart. Your cart always shows the most accurate (and most discounted) price for your current tier.

  7. Miscellaneous: By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Caraway reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, and all decisions are final.

How long does the holiday sale run, and what does it include?

Our holiday sale runs from November 3, 2025, through January 6, 2026. This year, we’re offering tiered savings: spend more to save more, with discounts of up to 25% off. Orders that qualify for the top tier not only receive the full 25% discount but also a complimentary Bar Set automatically added at checkout. Please note: This promotion may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, promo codes, or price reductions.

Why do I see a different price in my cart than what’s on your website?

During our once-a-year savings event, we use tiered discounts—the more you spend, the more you save. As you shop, prices across the site will update dynamically based on the value of your cart, showing the price you’d pay by adding the product to your cart and increasing your spending tier. Your cart always shows the most accurate (and most discounted) price for your current tier.

How does the free gift with purchase work?

Spend $975+ to unlock our top-tier 25% discount and receive a complimentary Bar Set. The gift is automatically added to your cart at checkout but will ship separately from the rest of your order. A redemption code for your Bar Set will be emailed to you within 7 days of purchase. This year’s Bar Set is offered exclusively in Gray and cannot be exchanged or substituted for another product or color.

Why is the Bar Set Gift With Purchase on Backorder? Can I Still Redeem It?

Yes, you can still redeem your Bar Set gift with purchase. Due to high demand during our holiday event, the Gray Bar Set is temporarily backordered. A restock is already on the way, with an estimated ship date of January 8th, 2026. Once redeemed, you’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

When should I place my order to receive it by the holidays?

Our standard shipping window is 3–5 business days, but during the holiday season increased order volume, carrier demand, and even weather-related delays can extend delivery times by up to 10 business days. Because of this, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. For the best chance of on-time delivery, holiday cutoff dates are:

  • November 18th at 11:59 PM ET for Thanksgiving

  • December 15th at 11:59 PM ET for Christmas

While we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates, we’ll do everything we can to process orders quickly. Please refer to the estimated delivery dates at checkout, and if you’re in a rush, consider using our preferred shipping option to help ensure timely delivery.


Do you offer expedited shipping?

We don’t offer traditional expedited shipping, but we do have a Preferred Shipping option that helps your order arrive sooner. Preferred Shipping prioritizes your order for faster processing and shipment, though it is not an express service. The cost is $5.95 (or $7.95 if your order is under $90). At checkout, you’ll see estimated delivery dates for both Standard and Preferred Shipping so you can choose the option that works best for your holiday timeline.

Do you offer any gifting options?

Yes! Caraway makes gifting easy and thoughtful with several options to choose from. You can design a personalized greeting card by selecting “Add a printed greeting card
🎁” on your checkout page. Your message will be printed on-demand and shipped along with your Caraway purchase. You can also explore our Gifting Page , where you’ll have the choice to send a Caraway product directly with a digital card, or let your recipient select their favorite Caraway item themselves. For even more flexibility, we also offer Digital Gift Cards that can be emailed instantly to your recipient.

What is the return policy for holiday orders?

Orders placed between November 3rd and December 14th are eligible for extended returns and exchanges through January 15th, 2026. If you received a gift purchased from CarawayHome.com, you can also start a return or exchange by selecting the Gift Return option in our Returns Portal .

Can I cancel or make changes to an order?
