Eligibility & Availability:
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of participation. Residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Michigan, Mississippi, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Utah are ineligible due to state alcohol shipping restrictions. The Promotion is void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law. A valid United States shipping address (no P.O. boxes) is required. To be eligible, customers must register for early access using their email address on October 16, 2025 and complete a purchase of the Caraway Bar Set between October 21, 2025 and October 29, 2025, using that same email address.. The Promotion is limited to the first two hundred fifty (250) qualifying purchases.

Qualifying Purchase & Offer Details:
Each eligible participant who makes a Qualifying Purchase in accordance with these Terms will receive one (1) 750mL bottle of Anytime Farmhouse Organic Vodka (the “Gift”). Gifts are limited to the first two hundred fifty (250) valid redemptions. Once all Gifts have been claimed, no additional Gifts will be issued. The Gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash or any other consideration.

Gift Redemption:
Eligible participants will receive an email from Caraway Home containing a unique gift code. The gift code must be redeemed on Anytime Farmhouse’s website in order to obtain the Gift.

Shipping & Fulfillment:
All Gifts will be fulfilled and shipped solely by Anytime Farmhouse. Caraway Home assumes no responsibility for shipping, fulfillment, delays, damages, or lost shipments following issuance of the discount code.

Age Verification & Shipping
By submitting your information, you represent that you are 21+. Age verification will be required at delivery. A signature from an adult (21+) will be required to accept delivery. Alcohol cannot be shipped to certain U.S. states due to legal restrictions. If you reside in a restricted state, you will not be eligible to receive the Gift.

General Conditions
Offer is non-transferable. Caraway and Anytime Farmhouse are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or ineligible submissions. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value, modify, or cancel this Offer at any time without notice. Participation constitutes consent to the use of your name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Caraway, Farmhouse Spirits, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or damages arising from participation in this Offer or acceptance/use of the Gift.

Caraway is partnering with Graza this holiday season to offer an exclusive gift with purchase of their Frizzle Spray, available to customers who make a qualifying purchase through select influencer link or by using an applicable influencer discount code. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms:

• Eligibility & Exclusions: Customers who make a qualifying purchase through select influencer links or use select influencer discount codes at checkout between October 30 and December 31, 2025 will automatically be eligible to receive the free gift with purchase: Graza’s Frizzle Spray .

• Redemption: After completing a qualifying purchase, customers will receive an email through Caraway with a unique discount code to use on Graza’s website to redeem their gift.
  Shipping: Caraway Home is not responsible for Graza’s fulfillment, shipping, or any delays once the coupon code has been issued.

• Duration: The promotional period runs from October 30 through December 31, 2025. The redemption code must be used by January 1, 2026.

• Customer Limit & Availability: The Caraway x Graza promotion is subject to limited availability. Once the maximum number of gifts has been redeemed, the promotion will no longer be available, even if within the promotional period. Offer valid while supplies last.

• Retroactive Application: This promotion cannot be applied to purchases made prior to October 30, 2025, or to purchases where an influencer link or code was not used at checkout.

• No Cash Value: The gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or substituted for any other product or service.
