I purchased the starter set last year as a gift to myself, and I could not be happier. The saute pan is so versatile, I have made all sorts of chicken dishes, fish, and fried rice.

Cookware set

I ordered the cookware set, the minis and the baking pans. Once ordered, my initial email said they would not be here for 4 weeks. However, everything arrived within 7 days. When I unboxed everything, I noticed that the saucepan had a tiny blemish on it. I emailed Caraway and had a reply and a replacement on the way in less than 5 minutes! The customer service is outstanding! Very communicative and insured that I received the replacement and was happy. The cookware itself is worth the price! My husband was amazed at how everything just came right off when he washed the set for the first time. I really don't use much olive oil or butter with them. Even around the area where the handles attach to the inside is easy to clean. I have used them for the messiest of meals, and they are a dream to both cook in and clean up! With that said, there are a couple of things I am having to get used to. First, where the handle attaches to the outside of the pan, it is curved, so harder to get clean and dry. Not hard, hard - you just have to pay attention to it. Second, the lids get HOT! You will need to use a pot holder to remove the lid. Especially on the smaller set, I've burned myself a few times removing the lid. And when I do remove the lid, any condensation spills off of it and onto the stove, so I do have to strategically remove it. These are smaller things that I will get used to and overall the sets are completely worth every penny!

How safe is your non-stick coating?

Our ceramic non-stick is made from inorganic natural ingredients which are all 100% safe to use in contact with all foods (and FDA approved). Plus, the absence of potentially dangerous chemicals like PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, Lead, and Cadmium means that there is no chance of harmful materials leaching into your food, even if you accidentally scratch or overheat your pan.

Do I need butter, oil, or cooking spray to cook with Caraway cookware?

Ceramic is naturally a non-stick cooking surface, so a very little amount of oil or butter will go a long way. We suggest coating the entire interior with a light dab using a paper towel or cloth to keep things silky smooth when cooking.

Is Caraway’s ceramic cookware induction compatible?

Yes, our cookware is induction compatible. The bases of our pans' diameters are 5.5" for the Sauce Pan, 6" Fry Pan, 6.5" Dutch Oven, and 8" for the Saute Pan. Although our cookware is compatible with induction stovetops, not all induction stovetops are compatible with us! We suggest reaching out to your manufacturer to confirm.

Do your products come with a warranty?
