I bought this for bacon. Yes. Bacon. Bacon in the oven will convert you from ever doing it on the stovetop. I use this with the matching cooling rack. Put your bacon on the rack, put the rack on the baking sheet, pop it in the oven, and this sheet will catch all of the bacon grease. Cleanup is a breeze, and you can save your bacon grease! Clean cooking and fantastic bacon! Oh, and it also is remarkable for roasting garlic, broccoli, sweet potatoes, etc. Whatever you cook on this will be fantastic!
