Perfect pan and perfect size
I love this medium baking sheet. It fits perfectly into my mini oven that I use much of the time rather than my stove's large oven. Things don't stick to it, so it is perfect for roasting veggies or baking granola or cookies. Things slide right off it and it cleans up so easily. Best of all, I know it is a healthy non-stick surface. It may be a little higher in price, but the value all around is worth it. I know this well made pan will last me for many years of baking.
