Great cookware!
I am Hispanic/Latina, so I grew up knowing only about using a "caldero" to make my rice. However, after being Dx with breast cancer in early 2024, after some research and being psycho-educated on various things i can and should do to get and stay healthy i did a complete turn around (i.e., cleaner eating/diet, exercise, cookware, glass over plastics, etc.). One being my cookware -- I was not aware of the toxins that was cooking with! I threw out all of my considered "toxic pans", stayed with my few good quality stainless steel pans and slowly purchased caraway cookware as I could afford them. More than pleased with my purchases. However, my rice was not cooking right in the ceramic dutch oven even after a few tweaks. When the stainless steel collection came out I was curious to purchase it to try making my rice with that. I am excited to share that I am happily back to making my rice 🍚 😋 with the help of this stainless steel pot!!! I love it as much as the other purchases and even more knowing its cleaner cooking for me and my family!!!!
