Our enamel coating protects the pan’s surface, eliminating the need for seasoning before or after use.
Preheat on medium to medium-high heat for up to five minutes to ensure even cooking and reduce sticking. Adjust temperatures lower as needed during the cooking process.
Add a light coating of oil or butter to the pan and heat until shimmering, but not smoking.
After cooking, let the pan cool completely, then hand wash with warm water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For deeper cleaning, refer to our simple 3-step cleaning guide.

I’ve been looking at these for a while - slowly taking the toxic items out of my life and replacing them with safer alternatives. For Christmas this year, I gave myself these wooden cutting boards and I love them! You can tell how great the quality is - very heavy and solid. I particularly love the storage piece too (which I was not anticipating) - because they are so heavy, it would have lent itself to harder to store. All in all, fantastic!
